Dog Walking/Kitty Care: Due on initial visit
Pet Sitting & Major Holidays: 50% down at the time of reservation with balance due seven (7) days prior to departure. *For refunds please refer to our cancellation policy.
Contracted Clients: Payment is due on the 1st of the Month or first business day of the month.

Surcharges
Add-Ons and/or new reservations with less than 24-hour notice are subject to a $15 surcharge. Add-ons and/or requests less than 48-hour notice are subject to a $10 surcharge.
Changes to existing reservations with less than 24-hour notice are subject to a $15 surcharge; less than 48-hour notice are subject to a $10 surcharge.
Major Holidays $15/Day Surcharge: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
Cancellation Policy
Dog Walking/Kitty Care: 48-hour cancellation prior to start.
Contracted weekly/monthly reservations are non-refundable under Fido’s cancellation policy.
*Pet Sitting/Major Holidays
100% Refund – 14 days or more prior to departure.
75% Refund – 13-7 days prior to departure.
50% Refund – 6 days prior to departure.
NO refund – 5 days prior to departure.

We have such peace of mind that our kitty is loved and looked after so well whenever we go away. Other than our family, Elsa is the only person that our kitty will come running out of hiding and is so happy to see!

Elsa is just dreamy! She makes me feel so comfortable leaving my cats and my house. I know everything will be taken care of. She sends pictures daily and sometimes videos that make my vacations even better! I feel that Elsa goes out of her way to do the “extra’s” and I would highly recommend her to anyone!
